I started Triathlon competitions in 1995. After several years of short and mid-distances racing, I decided to embark on the IronMan experience in 2009. Since then, I have complete about 13 IronMan races, including 5 full-distance races in Barcelona, Copenhagen, Nice and Roth.

The IronMan distance is : 3.8 km swimming, 180 km biking (without drafting) and 42.2 km running in one go!

IRONMAN TRIATHLON ... WHAT ELSE?

Finish Line of the 2012 European Long distance Triathon Championships. This is my overall best performance with a final time of 10h30' and a 17th place in the M50-55 category. With about 3200 triathletes on the start-line and 250.000 spectators all along the way it is the most amazing race I ever did in my life.
